Mr. Peter Khoury has over 25 years experience as a business executive, bridging the gap between commercial and technical disciplines. Peter is a results-oriented strategic and creative thinker, focused on launching and running the business to targeted goals against measurable criteria.
Peter is a seasoned international executive with versatile background in a wide range of functional roles, including commercial, business operations (front & back office), organizational development, information systems, technology and infrastructure. Peter has strong interpersonal qualities to motivate and engage cross-functional teams behind change objectives, delegating and coaching to achieve impressive results with high staff productivity and morale.
Peter is experienced at interacting with the Board and representing the organization in its relationships with major customers, bankers, analysts, suppliers, the community and other stakeholders. Peter has launched a number of privately-owned start-up ventures, has led companies to listings on multiple exchanges and has also run companies in the Public sector.
Peter holds a B.E. (Honours) in Chemical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Pure Mathematics from the University of Sydney in Australia.
Peter is a member of the UK Institute of Directors and is also a member of the UK Energy Institute.
Dr. Charles Bennett (Inventor, Senior Advisor), holds six patents directly relevant to small-scale CSP technology, one issued and five pending. These patents involve both technology associated with the innovative thermal energy storage systems and innovative heat engine technology.
In the past, Dr. Bennett has been very creative and was one of the original inventors of the technology of accelerator mass spectroscopy now widely used for the radiometric dating of an enormous range of materials and items.
Dr. Bennett also invented the Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrometer that provides simultaneous spectral analysis for all of the pixels in a given image or scene, and currently used in fields as diverse as art forgery detection, remote sensing, medical diagnostics, and forensic science analysis.
Keith Bradley (Senior Advisor), was involved in the defence industry for the first half of his career working at a senior level in the UK, Japan, Hong Kong and the USA, initially in engineering and then progressing into marketing and corporate strategy.
Since 1991 he has also been in the telecoms sector in a wide range of capacities, a non exec board director of the original Orange plc company in the early 90’s and then with Hutchison Telecom from 1995 based in the Far East and then Israel. He was the first employee in 2000 of Hutchison’s 3G UK company (now branded ‘Three’) serving as the Commercial Director and Deputy CEO for 3 years, he then returned to Hong Kong to help Hutchison build up a telecoms manufacturing business.
In 2006 he left the Hutchison Group to set up his own consulting practice, Bosham Consulting. Bosham’s clients include Itochu and Nano Media from Japan – where Keith is Chairman of their European business, Quadrille from Dubai, Business Futures and The Foundation. He is also a director of several other companies.
